The room was super hot, and the noisy club made sleeping tough.

Perfect location.
2 flights of stairs just to get to the reception, then no lift to get to further floors. I also requested twins rather than double rooms. As it happened, we did get twins but we did not receive any confirmation of this prior to our arrival. Breakfast was very poor.

Goood central location. Staff were very helpful and were able to answer all are questions and meet our requests. We expected it to be noisy as we saw on 'Googe Streetscene' (after booking) that the hotel shared an entrance with a dance club. It wasn't noisy at all as the club was closed.
The area for breakfast was very cramped, particulalrly when more than about 12 people were having breakfast at the same time. The sign saying that we could have had a tray of coffee etc. could have been prominent. We did not see this until the last day. The access passage was very dark and scary to women.

The entrance is literally a dark, heavy door that screams "welcome! " Like a haunted house. The breakfast area feels like a cramped corridor where the staff seemed unbothered by replenishing food. I expected a complimentary drink for dealing with the noise from the disco next door but guess what? Nothing but missed opportunities here. I almost praised the place, but i just couldn't.

The entrance felt dark and uninviting!!! Noise from nearby clubs can disrupt sleep, especially in rooms facing the street!!!

Very clean, comfortable and in the centre of Prague. Value for money. Perfect location. Helpful staff. Very pleasant stay.
The entrance to the hotel is scary! But once you get used to going through the building's untidy entrance (which I assume the hotel has no control over) one does not notice the entrance.

I enjoyed the friendly staff and their attentive service throughout my stay. The location is perfect, right in the city center. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, well kept and comfortable.
Entrance could be confusing.

the location is point blank center of the old city which means very tourist-busy. the deal on Booked.net was made in Euros, but when paying with credit card the hotel would not charge in euro but converts to local currency using a high rate. a man was laying down masturbating in the entrance to the hotel when we returned late in the night. i took a photo, but alas no option to upload.

There is no stand out but I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I found the bed too hard and the pillows lumpy. But the pillows at all my europe stops were the same.

I really enjoyed the tasty breakfast each morning and the cozy vibe in my room. It was nice to unwind in the lounge area and take advantage of the small fitness center. The only downside was that the bathroom could be a bit cramped, but overall, it didn't take away from my experience 😊
